Taking some time off to score TV and film stuff so tomorrow night's show is going to fucking RAGE. I'm making hundreds of latkes this time around so no one will go latkeless. I really wanted to wear a ball gown for this show instead of the usual jeans but when I put the accordion on, I look like a crazy girl playing a bar mitzvah. Accordions don't accessorize well, let me tell you.
Sigh.

So every band I have ever "waged war" with on this blog has now confronted me. Some with a sense of humor and some....well, without.
So, in the spirit of "We hope you'll use your energy in a much more creative
way" (as one band expressed their wishes for me), I hereby denounce ALL war against ALL bands and ALL peoples.
I come in peace.

OK, I don't know how many latkes to make for tomorrow night's gig. Every time I make them, they all disappear in like 10 minutes anyway...usually I do like 150 of them but I don't know.
I'm not feeling very nice today.
But then again, we're going on a live show hiatus and there ARE only two shows left so I should just do it up.
People better fucking show up or I'm gonna pick some serious Kung Fu fights.

I've had insomnia all week.
Tired and depressed.
Played music with Matt last night though and he taught me "rock" chords on the guitar. That made me smile and yes, I practiced in the mirror.

So the movie we scored is showing in NYC this Wednesday night.
It fucking rocks so come see it if you're around.

Beat my leg into a pulp with maraca at our show Sat. night, got home at 3:30AM, left at 6AM to catch 8AM flight to LA to music supervise the Video Game Awards show (yes, the one hosted by Snoop), had two screaming children behind me on flight, got to set, worked through the night, been up for 48 hours now, reaching delirium.......
um, Motley Crue just did their rehearsal and I have to say, "Girls Girls Girls" rocked.

I do NOT want to go to frickin' band practice right now. It's cold, it's raining, I have to leave for LA Sunday morning, I'm tired, I'm cranky, I hate everyone, my apartment is a train wreck, my ceiling is caving in and rain is dripping into pots right now, I accidently blew up my vaccum cleaner, I'm eating cat hair, my cats are screaming at me, I hate what I'm wearing, I ate too many potato chips and my stomache hurts, my heater broke, I only have $6 on me, I feel like crap, my throat hurts and I still have to make all the stupid latkes for tomorrow night's gig.
Can't I just stay home and watch Real World reruns instead??????

In the middle of music supervising the Video Game Awards show and I'm going out of my skull. Tried to avoid going to LA for the live show but looks like I have to catch a 7AM flight after our gig this Saturday to go out and work it.
Um, I'm cranky.
Um, it's raining.
Um, um......
Oh yeah! I'm teaching myself ELECTRIC guitar right now.
That's right. ELECTRIC.
I'm just working on my moves now. It's a lot harder to be original with ELECTRIC guitar moves but with my Kung Fu, I feel confident I can work something out.

After accidently farting really really loudly TWICE in the crowded public bathroom at work, try NOT to drop your picture ID on the floor so it lands face up in the stall next to you where one of your bosses happens to be and has to hand it back to you under the stall.
Yeah.
That sucked.
I'm still beet red.

So, the FUSE special aired and I must say, though my air time may not be huge......DAMN I LOOK HOT!

No seriously, usually I will pick apart every molecule on my body as flawed and unworthy but for once, I didn't cry when looking at live footage........it's all because of Kung Fu, I tell you!
Speaking of.....have my test tonight to get into the advanced class. Must do all 108 holds in under 6 minutes while being attacked by four people.
BRING IT.
I wanna videotape it cause I think it'd be a cool video, right???
